If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.  
To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We cover defective or damaged items at no additional cost.  
To start a return, contact us at support@visiontechhub.com with your order number and a photo of the product.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or sent without prior approval.
